Berries and Oats

Berries and Oats

A mix of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries with cooked rolled oats to energize your morning.




Ingredients:
  • 2 cup mixed berries
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries
  • 2 teaspoon rolled oats, 
  • Water/Milk/Yogurt or 
  • Combination of Water and Milk or 
  • Combination of Water and Yogurt


Instructions:

Use a blender to blend the above and get two cups of smoothie ready.
