Berries and Oats

Ingredients:
- 2 cup mixed berries
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- 2 teaspoon rolled oats,
- Water/Milk/Yogurt or
- Combination of Water and Milk or
- Combination of Water and Yogurt
Instructions:
Use a blender to blend the above and get two cups of smoothie ready.
