
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 2 teaspoon rolled oats powder (Also almonds can be used)
- Water/Milk/Yogurt or the combination.
Instructions:
- Cook the rolled oats in boiled water for 3-5 mins.
- Cut the fruits in small chunks
- Use a blender to blend the above and get two cups of smoothie ready.
