Mango Strawberry Cantaloupe and Quinoa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Cantaloupe
- 1 cup cut Mango
- Half cup Quinoa
- Water/Milk/Yogurt
Instructions:
- Cook quinoa in half cup water until the water is absorbed.
- Use a blender to blend the fruits, cooked quinoa along with water/milk/yogurt.
