Mango Strawberry Cantaloupe and Quinoa




Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe
  • 1 cup cut Mango 
  • Half cup Quinoa
  • Water/Milk/Yogurt


Instructions:
  • Cook quinoa in half cup water until the water is absorbed.
  • Use a blender to blend the fruits, cooked quinoa along with water/milk/yogurt.
